In order to become a Weva Certified Health Care Facility, you must have at least one of your healthcare facility (HCF) users commit to completing then Weva Certification Healthcare Facility Registration and your Healthcare Facility must have invited more than 100 general users to add your Healthcare facility (HCF) to their team, within 90 days of registering. Once this occurs Weva will consider you registration and application as a Weva Certified Health Care Facility.
Weva Certified Health Care Facility levels within the program.
In order to maintain each status level of the program your organisation must maintain at least the number of new general users having your HCF on team per month and total number of general users having your HCF on team.
Status level is is determined in accordance with the new invited users per month and total users on your HCF team. Weva reserves the right to change the Status levels at any time without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any determinations by Weva on matters relating to the Partner points scheme (including status level and the operation of the points system) will be final.
If you are a healthcare facility that is approved by Weva.ai Pte Ltd and its affiliates (Weva) to become a Weva Certified Healthcare Facility you can receive the benefits of the Weva Certification Program (the Program). By applying for registration into the Program you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this Certification Agreement (Certification Agreement), as well as Weva’s Terms and Conditions, as updated or amended from time to time in Weva’s discretion (Weva’s Terms and Conditions), which are incorporated into this Certification agreement by reference.
If you are agreeing to this Certification agreement not as an individual but on behalf of your company, organisation, firm, partnership or other corporate entity, then you agree and acknowledge that you are binding such entity to this Certification agreement, and that you are fully authorised to do so.
Weva may update or modify this Certification agreement from time to time in its sole discretion. All updates and modifications to this Certification agreement will be published on Weva’s website, and notice of relevant material updates and modifications to this Certification agreement will be communicated to you via email, at the email address on record.
Prior to being accepted to the Program, you must:
Weva will determine whether you are accepted to the Program once the certification prerequisites above have been completed. Weva reserves the right to accept or decline any organisation or individual Weva Certification via the program regardless of whether the certification prerequisites have been met, for example if Weva determines that you are likely to be unable to meet the ongoing requirements set out below.
Once you have been accepted to, and as long as you remain part of, the Program, you will receive access to the applicable benefits of the Program, as modified or updated by Weva from time to time, at the specified status level, including:

Weva and the Partner acknowledge there are government regulations which set out the minimum level of security requirements a Digital Service Provider (DSP) like Weva must meet in order to use the Australian and other Government Digital Services. The Weva Certified User plays a critical role in the verification steps required for each of its clients to ensure they are legitimate users for reporting purposes.
As such, it is a requirement under Weva’s Certified User Terms of Use and this Certification agreement that a Weva Certified User must complete each of the following steps whenever asking general users to make them part of the general users team or as otherwise directed by Weva from time to time:
a. verify the identity of each of your users via a reliable source such as a government ID, drivers license or healthcare card.
b. ensure you have valid and up to date user contact details, including an email for the particular user and mobile phone number, making sure that change in contact details are updated in Weva.
c. ensure you can provide the information required in points 1 and 2 where requested by Weva or a relevant regulator; and
d. ensure you do not join the team of any users if you have reasonable grounds to believe any of the users are not legitimate or fraudulent.
This Certification agreement is effective immediately upon you being accepted into the Program by Weva, and remains in force until:
If this Certification agreement is terminated for any reason, you will no longer be able to participate in, or receive the benefits of, the Program.
For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding the termination of this Certification agreement, Weva’s Terms and Conditions will continue to apply to your use of the Services (as defined in Weva’s Terms and Conditions) that Weva may make available to you as a non-certified user, and the following sections of this Certification agreement will survive any such termination: “Applicability of Weva’s Terms of Use”, “Relationship of Parties” and “Indemnity”.
This Certification agreement applies in addition to, and should be read in conjunction with, Weva’s Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated in this Certification agreement by reference to the extent applicable and which govern matters in relation to your dealings with Weva, including limitations on liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law.
You acknowledge and agree that all access (including by Invited Users, as defined in Weva’s Terms and Conditions) to Weva’s services will be subject to Weva’s then current Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Certification agreement and Weva’s Terms and Conditions Weva’s Terms and Conditions will take priority.
No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created between Weva and you as a result of this Certification agreement. You are not authorised to create any obligation, express or implied, on behalf of Weva.
You agree to indemnify Weva against any and all claims, costs, damages and/or loss that Weva may sustain or incur, as a result of any claim by a third party, including general users on your team and any Weva users, arising from: (a) your acts or omissions including, but not limited to, your provision of professional services, implementation support, or other products or services, (b) your breach of this Certification agreement.
