Weva Pricing for Healthcare Facilities/Practitioners in Australia

Weva does not charge a setup fee for Healthcare Facilities to sign up.

Healthcare Facilities are billed monthly based on their chosen plan and usage. The following terms describe how Weva calculates charges:

For Healthcare Facilities and Practitioners

(Healthcare Facilities and Practitioners as defined by WEVA, at WEVA’s sole discretion)

We keep it simple with one standard plan.

Healthcare Facilities are billed monthly based on their usage.

Standard Plan — FREE

✔️ Unlimited practitioners

Additional Fees:

  • Storage: $0.08 per user/month per active patient (based on 2GB per user)
  • SaaS Fees:
    • Bookings: $0.10 per booking
    • Reminders & Recalls: $0.05 per notification
    • Referral Acceptance: $1.00 per referral (includes imaging and specialists — excludes pathology)
    • Pathology Referral Acceptance: $0.20 per referral
    • Telehealth Visits: $1.00 per visit

For Corporate Users

(Organisations that do not meet the definition of a Healthcare Facility)

  • $5 per month, per employee

For Pharmaceutical & Research Companies

What are the Weva Rights of Use?

Rights of Use for Weva Users

Weva Corporate User

As a Weva Corporate User, you have the right to use our services based on your subscription type, user role, and access level, as long as your subscription remains active and paid for, or until it is terminated.

Weva Healthcare Facility

As a Weva Healthcare Facility, you have the right to use our services according to your subscription type, user role, and access level, as long as your subscription remains active and paid for, or until it is terminated.

Weva Healthcare Practitioner Invited by a Healthcare Facility

As a Healthcare Practitioner invited by a Healthcare Facility, you can access our services based on your user role and access level, until the Healthcare Facility revokes your access. Once revoked, you will no longer have access to the facility's team.

Weva General User

Weva General Users receive a free subscription to use our services. You may upgrade to a paid Weva Premium subscription at any time to access additional premium features.

Weva Premium Subscriber

As a Weva Premium Subscriber, you have the right to use our services as long as your weva premium subscription is active and paid for. Weva reserves the right to restrict access to premium features if your subscription lapses.

How do I login to Weva?

Logging into Your Weva Account:

  1. Go to www.weva.ai and click Login
  2. Choose Your Login Method:
    • If you signed up with Google: Click Continue with Google.
    • If you signed up with Microsoft: Click Continue with Microsoft.
    • If you signed up with Email: Click Continue with Email.
  3. Complete Your Details (First Time Only):
    • On your first login, you’ll be prompted to complete your details in the Progressive Dashboard.
  4. Access Your Dashboard:
    • You can access your Weva Dashboard any time by clicking the WEVA logo at the top left of screen.
    • Once your details are complete, your tasks in the Progressive Dashboard will become active.

How do I create a Weva Healthcare Facility Account?

How to Create a Weva Healthcare Facility Account via Email:

  1. Visit www.weva.ai and click Get Started
  2. Click “Create an account”
  3. Select Healthcare Facility Role: Choose Healthcare Facility from the options.
  4. Sign Up with Email:
    • Click Continue with Email.
    • Enter your email address (temporary emails or emails already registered with Weva are not allowed).
    • Enter your mobile phone number.
    • Click Create Account.
  5. Verify Your Email and Phone:
    • Enter the OTP sent to your email to confirm.
    • Enter the OTP sent to your phone to verify.
  6. Complete Your Details: After verification, start filling out your healthcare facility details.

How to Create a Weva Healthcare Facility Account via Google:

  1. Visit www.weva.ai and click Get Started
  2. Click “Create an account”
  3. Select Healthcare Facility Role: Choose Healthcare Facility from the options.
  4. Sign Up with Google:
    • Click Continue with Google.
    • Select the Google email you want to use.
    • Enter your mobile phone number.
    • Click Create Account.
