You have full control over your notification settings and can adjust them at any time to suit your preferences. We respect your right to privacy and will never send notifications without your explicit consent.
Your data is yours, and we take every measure to ensure that it is used responsibly, safely, and with your best interests at heart.
Only your team members can interact with your Weva medical record. Weva has an audit log feature. You can access this feature from the three dot icon at the end of each of your medical record components.
Click on the three dots, select audit log and Weva will show you who has been adding to your medical record and what has been done.
When you invite a team member onto your team you consent to them inviting or referring other healthcare practitioners onto your healthcare team also. Once you approve any invitation sent, the new healthcare practitioner will be also able to see your record and contribute to your healthcare.
Once you remove a healthcare team member – this could be a healthcare facility or healthcare practitioner they will not be able to see any further information added to your record. They will only be able to see information up until the point that you have removed them.

· Select the team member you wish to remove
· Go to the three dots to the right and select

Diagnoses, procedures and allergies once entered cannot be edited but can be deleted or archived if made in error.

· Enter the reason for deletion
· Diagnosis will be archived with the reason for deletion attached.

There are no additional data transfer charges for General Users using Weva. Any charges specific to Weva are applied to healthcare practitioners and facilities, as outlined in the Healthcare Facility Pricing Table.
If you subscribe to any applications within the Weva App Store, you'll be billed separately for those services. Please refer to each app’s terms and conditions for details on applicable charges.
To view your current billing status and manage your account, go to the Transactions section, which can be accessed through the nine-dot icon in the top-right corner of the Weva app.
You can easily customise your dashboard to focus on what matters most by adding, removing, or rearranging modules.
As a Weva Corporate User, you have the right to use our services based on your subscription type, user role, and access level, as long as your subscription remains active and paid for, or until it is terminated.
As a Weva Healthcare Facility, you have the right to use our services according to your subscription type, user role, and access level, as long as your subscription remains active and paid for, or until it is terminated.
As a Healthcare Practitioner invited by a Healthcare Facility, you can access our services based on your user role and access level, until the Healthcare Facility revokes your access. Once revoked, you will no longer have access to the facility's team.
Weva General Users receive a free subscription to use our services. You may upgrade to a paid Weva Premium subscription at any time to access additional premium features.
As a Weva Premium Subscriber, you have the right to use our services as long as your weva premium subscription is active and paid for. Weva reserves the right to restrict access to premium features if your subscription lapses.
